INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Be Proud Of Your Life
This class will introduce you to an approach to live a happier, more peaceful life. Learn simple tools that will help you feel more calm, relaxed, and less stressed. Each week a new skill will be taught, including meditation, classroom activities, and at-home assignments.
This is a perfect class for you if:
You don’t believe you can meditate.
You want to re-connect to the foundations of your practice.
Feel Less Stressed & Overwhelmed
Feel healthier and more relaxed with mindful movement. This class will incorporate simple stretching exercises and light movement activities designed to help participants learn to pay attention to their bodies, and in turn calm their minds. Please bring water, a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Gain Inner Clarity
A special low cost seminar open to the Flagstaff community. This class will introduce an approach for living a happier more peaceful life. Learn to reduce stress, become more calm & relaxed, and how to engage with life's demands in a healthy balanced way.
